As a therapist, I won't have all the answers, try to "fix" you, reduce you to a diagnosis or label, or judge you for your past.
I won't tell you that therapy is for people with serious mental health issues, nor will I ignore the authentic you by imposing structures or concepts.
As a therapist, I will validate your feelings by seeing you as you are, believing in you, and supporting you in finding your strength with empathy, professionalism, and clear boundaries.

Hello I'm Abi, a Spanish and English bilingual counsellor and psychotherapist based in London and the West Midlands, providing therapy both in person and online. My integrative approach combines humanistic, trauma-informed, and psychodynamic methods.
I hold a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapeutic Relationships and am a full member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, adhering to their ethical standards. Sessions are available in both English and Spanish.
I focus on anti-oppressive and person-centred practices, acknowledging how culture and identity influence our experiences. This allows me to customise your sessions to meet your unique needs and adopt a holistic perspective. With over 8 years of professional experience in safeguarding, supporting domestic abuse survivors, addressing substance misuse, and facilitating self-esteem group sessions, I am well-equipped to work with you.

Services

Face to Face sessions
Individual sessions last 55 minutes and can be scheduled weekly or every two weeks. I provide short-term options (6 or 12 sessions) and long-term plans. We will discuss which option suits your needs best. These sessions are ideal for clients who prefer in-person meetings. Price £75 per session

Online Sessions
This session will take place online, but I always recommend that you find a safe space, as confidentiality is essential. Online sessions cost £65 for 55 minutes. These sessions are ideal for clients located outside and beyond London and the West Midlands, or for those who are more comfortable meeting online.

Student discount
Special discount for counselling and psychotherapy students. Sessions from £35 online or in person with a minimum of 4 sessions. Please ask for more details.
